Therapy Centre

Research Orientation

We want to start a therapy centre in order to provide holistic health to the needy one's and to the population who believes in the power and magic in our ancient traditional healing system like Yoga and Ayurveda.

Social research at The Swasthavritta Foundation focuses on understanding how social, cultural, economic, and environmental factors influence health and well-being. We conduct evidence-based studies to identify community needs, health behaviors, and barriers to preventive care. By combining qualitative and quantitative methods, our research informs effective interventions, policy recommendations, and health education programs. Our goal is to generate reliable knowledge that supports inclusive, culturally sensitive, and sustainable health solutions, strengthening the link between research, practice, and public well-being.
